Bridging the Service Gap with Strategy
Our approach focuses on side by side consulting geared towards pairing businesses with larger organizations to participate in social impact bonds and impact matchmaking.
To do so, we identified the areas where capacity building was needed through training, consulting, measurement and design development. We then assist micro businesses on how to creating RFP's and proposals to better position and quantify thier offerings to partner firms.
Creating a Sustainable Ecosystem
Creating sustainable business infrastructure for Partner Doula Businesses.
Our "100 “ Open Doors Campaign
We are on a mission to create 100 Strategic Partnership Agreements between the collective and organizations interested in promoting procurement opportunities for small businesses. Equity initiatives are welcomed to work with the collective to establish a relationship with member businesses by becoming a "Collective Partner". Our Collective Partners are strongly recommended to participate in our “100 Open Doors Pledge“on a yearly basis. This pledge provides a facilitation relationship to key stakeholders within purchasing and procurement allowing them to rethink procedures, thresholds, micro-purchasing and establishing upfront and transparent guidelines for procurement.
